To help us look into a problem, tell us what you were doing, your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version, and the email or sign-in method of your Calorify account. Never send us your password.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Calorify Premium is billed by Apple through your Apple Account, so plan changes and cancellations happen there.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Calorify to change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
While you're subscribed, Profile › Subscription › Manage subscription in the app opens Apple's subscription settings for Calorify. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Restore purchases
If you reinstalled Calorify or moved to a new device and Premium isn't showing, sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you subscribed with, then:
- open Profile › Subscription and tap Restore purchases, or
- tap Restore at the bottom of the Premium screen.
If the app can't confirm your purchase, check your connection and try again. Still stuck? Email us.
Delete your account
- In Calorify, open Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account. The next screen lists what's removed, including your food logs, meal photos, water intake, profile, goals, settings, reminders and achievements.
- Tap Delete account permanently. If you signed in with Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm it's you.
This can't be undone. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it first under Subscriptions.
