These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and SmokeFree App ("we," "us," or "our") about using the SmokeFree app.
By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app and all its content (code, designs, text, graphics, etc.) belong to us or are licensed to us.
By using the app, you confirm that:

You agree to provide accurate information for all purchases.
All payments go through Apple's App Store. We don't collect or store your payment information.
We may offer free trials for subscriptions.
If you sign up for a free trial, you won't be charged until it expires. After the trial ends, you'll be charged automatically unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. The app cannot be used for commercial purposes unless we approve.
These terms apply while you use the app. We can terminate your access at any time without notice, which may result in loss of your account information.
We can change or remove app content at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by United States laws, regardless of conflict of law principles.
